Marisol Solarte-Erlacher, M.A., LPC, is a trauma expert, speaker and resilience consultant with a 20-year career in mental health and human services and is noted for fostering change in individuals and organizations.She uses evidenced based platforms understood through psycho and neurobiological research to facilitate programming that strengthens employee resilience and enhances team performance.. She hosts the 'Resilience and Resistance,' a celebrated podcast for successful BIPOC women to be seen, heard, and understood. The podcast was a finalist for the Colorado Podcast Awards for Best New Podcast in 2020. She was a finalist for the Denver Metro Chamber Business of the Year Awards 2022, Latina’s First Foundation’s Unsung Heroine, and most recently one of the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce’s Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business. Marisol serves as the President of the EMDR International Association Board of Directors and was a former co-chair of the Denver Women’s Commission through the City of Denver Mayor’s Office.
