Bio

Executive Director The Arc of Adam’s County | Transforming systems & stories through inclusive, servant, democratic leadership | Champion for equity, & belonging | Caffeine-fueled keynoter with bad jokes & a clicker!

Currently serving as the Executive Director for the Arc of Adam’s County (Colorado), Yolanda is a transformational leader with vision, a servant leader with heart, a democratic leader, including all voices, and a policy nerd standardizing policies that impact the voiceless, powerless and marginalized.

Yolanda is also the visionary Founder, CEO, and Principal Advisor of the WEBB Advisory Group, where she ignites transformation through her dynamic “Loni Speaks” presentations—including the compelling keynotes “The Power of Ouch” and “Success DNA” - empowering audiences to rise, lead, and thrive. 

Yolanda has more than 20 years of experience in senior executive leadership, teaching, and moving organizations to inclusive, courageous person-centered organizations.  

Known as the “People Whisperer” for her knowledge of human behavior, emotional intelligence, cultural inclusion, attention bias, and more Yolanda’s work with CEOs and C-suite executives, Boards of Director’s and those in transition from mid-level to senior leadership is proven to help transform organizations. 

As a leader, teacher, coach, and mentor, Yolanda has helped to successfully drive organizational change.  She has extensive experience in cultural branding and marketing, accessibility, well-being, entrepreneurship, and the conversations that matter. 

Using all the gifts she’s been given as an advocate, philanthropist, photographer, and author, she brings more than twenty years of fiscal accountability, stewardship, communication, and performance management to improve the human condition.  She is skilled in corporate social responsibility, executive leadership coaching, philanthropy, equity, and inclusion strategies for corporations, non-profits, government, and education.

Yolanda is the formsr chair of the Board of Impact 100 Metro Denver, a Board of Directors member at CiviCO, a member of the Board of the American Red Cross (CO/W), a member of the Board of Kavod Senior Living, a Board member of GlobalMindED, and a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc.  She holds a Master of Arts in Humanities and a bachelor’s in criminal justice.

Her mission and vision are rooted in transformational and servant leadership—helping organizations grow in ways that uplift those who serve and deeply empower those they serve.
